LORDS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SUB-COMMITTEE PUBLISH REPORT ON BEHAVIOUR CHANGE

The House of Lords Science and Technology Sub-Committee have published their report, Behaviour Change.

Baroness Neuberger, Chair of the Committee, talks about the challenges of changing the behaviour of a population and the findings and recommendations of the Committee, mentioning issues such as 'nudge' theory, the need for independent advisors and the lack of scientific evidence around changing a nation's behaviour.
