THE AMERICAN POLICE STATE IN ONE PHOTO

Saturday, February 22, 2014

policestate-pamnickelz
This picture is just another street in Anytown, U.S.A.

While it isn’t openly violent — it doesn’t, say, depict cops beating a man to death, as in the case of Kelly Thomas, the schizophrenic homeless man who begged for his father as cops continued to beat on him until he died without any repercussions — it does depict something else: a police state.

What you see in this picture is a man merely walking on the sidewalk. There he is, on the left. He was just walking. Just minding his own business, according to the witness who sent me the picture. He had walked on the grass a bit, but as you can see, the sidewalk is curvy and the grass is a public space.

Two motorcycle riding cops (because it took two) decided to stop what they were doing to tell this man to stay on the sidewalk and keep walking according to a witness. As you can see, cop one is pointing at the man while cop two watches.

In other words, it took two cops to stop and order a man around who was…just walking on a sidewalk in America.

Because this is…keeping order? ‘Protecting and serving?’

Because these officers didn’t have anything better to do…?

Or is it because we have a totally imbalanced justice system ruling the day in a country with militarized police where more people are put in prison per capita than any other place on the face of the earth and the majority are for non-violent crimes?

Is there a crime even happening in this picture?

Seriously.

Is there even a code for this?? What you are looking at isn’t even jaywalking.

What you are looking at is a grown man minding his own business just trying to walk down an American sidewalk.

This picture encapsulates something that has gone very, very wrong in this country today.

This picture captured the modern American police state.

(H/T Pam Nickel T for taking and sending this picture.)

AUSTRALIAN TRUST IN GOVERNMENT IS SUDDENLY RISING FASTER THAN ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

Photo: Shutterstock

Australians are generally a more trusting lot than other nationalities, according to the global Edelman Trust Barometer out today.

This is led by a 30 per cent jump in people trusting government while the rest of the world looks down.

But when it comes to politicians, the leaders of government, Australians just can’t bring themselves to believe they tell the truth.

The Edelman Trust Barometer, which studies 27,000 people in 27 countries each year, shows Australia is moving against trend with a rebound in trust.

Globally, trust in government has fallen to an historic low of 44 per cent from 48 per cent.
But in Australia increased trust in the institution of government is up 13 percentage points to 56 per cent.

However, three in five Australians (60 per cent) do not trust government leaders to tell the truth regardless of how complex or unpopular it is.

And two in five Australians (40 per cent) do not trust government leaders to make ethical and moral decisions.

Michelle Hutton, chief executive officer for Edelman Australia, says that prime minister Tony Abbott was rebuilding trust and business confidence when he announced Australia was “open for business”.
“While this year’s results (Edelman Trust Barometer) paint a rosy picture for government and business, expectations are high and, as recent history has shown us, Australians have a low tolerance for leaders that fall short of what was promised,” she says.

And building trust can mean business success as well as doing better at the polling booth, says David Brain, the President and CEO of Edelman Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.

“We’re found that trust has a consistent meaning in all languages,” he told Business Insider Australia.
He says trust for a business means money, with customers buying more goods or services, recommending to friends and being prepared to pay a higher price.

“We always ask the question: Do you trust them to do the right thing?”

This year, Australian results reveal an average increase in trust across all government, business, non government institutions and the media, rising by eight points among the informed public to 58 per cent.

Business

Trust in business has hit its highest level since the Edelman Trust Barometer started covering Australia in 2009, rising 11 points to 59 per cent among the informed public.

Australians now expect business to play a much bigger role around the debate and design of regulation, with 73 per cent believing government should not be working alone when setting policy.
Despite increasing confidence in business and its role in broader society, Australians largely want government to apply greater scrutiny on the private sector.

According to the Barometer, almost half (47 per cent) claim the financial services industry does not have enough regulation, while 58 per cent want increased regulation on the energy sector.
Ms Hutton said:
“It has typically fallen under the remit of government to create the context for change. Today, people expect businesses to play a bigger role in shaping a positive future, trusting business to innovate, unite and deliver across borders, but as the Edelman Trust Barometer reveals, only under the watchful eye of government. CEOs must now go beyond their operational remit to become chief engagement officers, educating the public about the context in which their business operates.”
Small Business

Australians show a preference for family-owned (76 per cent) and small to medium-size enterprises (67 per cent), trusting these types of businesses to do what is right.

Less than half (42 per cent) said the same of big business, demonstrating the continued support Australians show for local businesses.

China

Trust in companies headquartered in China, Australia’s largest two-way trading partner, is very low (23 per cent), underscoring Australian attitudes towards foreign investment, particularly by Chinese sovereign-owned enterprises.

UK companies were the most trusted (74 per cent) followed by Japan (68 per cent), the US (62 per cent) and South Korea (50 per cent).

Technology

This sector tops all industries in trust. Three quarters (73 per cent) of Australians believe the technology sector will do the right thing.

Consumer electronics manufacturing comes in second with a 68 per cent trust level.

This chart shows the sudden jump in trust in governments following a trend down since 2009:

The Nazi roots of the European Union

Exposed: the Nazi roots of the European Union, and mass denial

by Jon Rappoport January 2, 2013 www.nomorefakenews.com

Once upon a time, there was an industrial combine in Nazi Germany called IG Farben. It was the largest chemical/pharmaceutical octopus in the world. It owned companies, and it had favorable business agreements with companies from England to Central America to Japan.

The author of The Devil’s Chemists, Josiah DuBois, traveled to Guatemala in the early days of World War 2, and returned with the comment that, as far as he could tell, Guatemala was "a wholly owned subsidiary of Farben."

The pharmaceutical empire was and is one of the major forces behind the European Union (EU). It is no accident that these drug corporations wield such power. They aren't only involved in controlling the medical cartel; they are political planners.

This is how and why Big Pharma fits so closely with what is loosely referred to as the New World Order. The aim of enrolling every human in a cradle-to-grave system of disease diagnosis and toxic drug treatment has a larger purpose: to debilitate, to weaken populations.

This is a political goal. It facilitates control.

IG Farben's component companies, at the outbreak of World War 2, were Bayer, BASF, and Hoechst. They were chemical and drug companies. Farben put Hitler over the top in Germany, and the war was designed to lead to a united Europe that would be dominated by the Farben nexus.

The loss of the war didn't derail that plan. It was shifted into an economic blueprint, which became, eventually, the European Union.

The European Commission's first president was Walter Hallstein, the Nazi lawyer who, during the war, had been in charge of post-war legal planning for the new Europe.

As the Rath Foundation reports: In 1939, on the brink of the war, Hallstein had stated, "The creation of the New Law [of the Nazis] is ONLY the task of the law-makers!"

In 1957, with his reputation sanitized, Hallstein spoke the words in this manner: "The European Commission has full and unlimited power for all decisions related to the architecture of this European community."

Post-war, IG Farben was broken up into separate companies, but those companies were following a common agenda. If, for example, you want to know why the endless debate over labeling GMO food rivals the real issue – banning GMO crops altogether – you can look to these Farben allies: Bayer, BASF, and Sanofi, among others.

They are among the leaders in GMO research and production. BASF cooperates with Monsanto on research projects. Sanofi is a leader in GM vaccine research.

The original IG Farben had a dream. Its executives and scientists believed they could eventually produce, synthetically, any compound in a laboratory. They could dominate world industry in this fashion.

The dream never died. Today, they see gene-manipulation as the route to that goal.

I refer you to the explosive book, The Nazi Roots of the Brussels EU, by Paul Anthony Taylor, Aleksandra Niedzwiecki, Dr. Matthias Rath, and August Kowalczyk. You can read it at relay-of-life.com. It is a dagger in the heart of the EU.

At the Rath Foundation, you can also read Joseph Borkin's classic, The Crime and Punishment of IG Farben.

In 1992, I was deeply engaged in researching the specific devastating effects of medical drugs. Eventually, I concluded that, at the highest levels of power, these drugs weren't destructive by accident. They were intended to cause harm. This was covert chemical warfare against the population of the planet. The Rockefeller–Standard Oil–Farben connection was a primary piece of the puzzle.

It was, of course, Rockefeller (and Carnegie) power that forced the birth of pharmaceutical medicine in America, with the publication of the 1910 Flexner Report. The Report was used to excoriate and marginalize chiropractic, homeopathy, naturopathy, and other forms of traditional natural practice, in favor of what would become the modern juggernaut of drug-based treatment.

In an article about the FDA, "Medical Murder in the Matrix," I point out the fact that this federal agency has permitted at least 100,000 deaths of Americans, per year, from the direct effects of drugs which the FDA has certified as safe.

The FDA knows these death figures. "Unintended" and "accidental" can no longer be applied to this ongoing holocaust.

The same can be held true for the pharmaceutical industry itself.

People are exceedingly reluctant to come to this obvious conclusion. They prefer to hem and haw and invent excuses or deny the facts.

To understand the dimensions and history of the ongoing chemical warfare against the population, in the form of medical drugs (and of course pesticides), one must factor in the original octopus, IG Farben.

World War 2 never ended. It simply shifted its strategies.

And just as one can trace extensive collaboration between major American corporations and the Nazi war machine during the military phase of the war, today you see American corporations wreaking destructive havoc on the American people, as Dow, DuPont, Monsanto and others "work their magic for a better life."

In any fascist system, the bulk of the people working inside the system, including scientists, refuse to believe the evidence of what is happening before their own eyes. They insist they are doing good. They believe they are on the right side. They see greater top-down control as necessary and correct. They adduce reasonable explanations for inflicted harm and death.

This is how and why conspiracies can exist. Only a few people, at the very top, need to know the true motives.

Everyone else tells themselves fairy tales. This deep-seated obsession is an integral part of mind control, and ultimately it is self-inflicted.

The self-created victim calculates: "I would rather stay in my dream than wake up to a nightmare."

Yes, but acknowledging the nightmare is a step on the road to liberation.

In centuries past, empires conquered foreign lands and made colonies out of them. When that era ended, a less overt style of military and economic conquest was initiated. But there is something most people don't realize.

When richer nations now go into poorer nations, the so-called incidental goal of bringing "life-saving" medical care with them is a front and a pose.

One of the chief goals of the conquerors is, in fact, pharmaceutical. Changing the habits of populations, so they come to rely on these drugs, is high on the to-do list. It rings up profit, of course, for the pharmaceutical empire, and it also poisons the poor into even greater desolation than they are already experiencing. They become even easier to control.

On top of that, the actual untreated causes of the routine desolation – starvation, generation-to-generation malnutrition, contaminated water supplies, lack of general sanitation, overcrowding, and previously stolen agricultural land – are shoved on the back burner of the global media.

Suddenly, we learn that various germ-caused diseases are the real scourges of these countries, and help is coming (slowly), in the form of drugs that kill the germs, along with the medical heroes who will deliver these drugs.

This is a cover story. It's a preposterous lie. In the conditions of desolation mentioned above, it doesn't matter what germs are present, and trying to attack them is futile and absurd.

The general desolation weakens and destroys immune systems. At that point, what would normally be completely harmless germs, any germs, can sweep through an area and cause death and severe illness, because the routine processes of the immune system, which would immediately neutralize the germs, are disabled.

The "medical intervention" is meant to defer, for yet another day, the remedying of the actual problems that keep causing disease – and the medical drugs create new and lethal toxicity, leading to more deaths.

This is the standard op of the modern pharmaceutical empire. To know it is proceeding apace, all you have to do is see foreign doctors getting off planes in Third World countries, or read about some drug giant that is undertaking a humanitarian program of supplying medicines and vaccines to "people in desperate need of them."

#1869: MARINE LINKS SERCO MI-3 MYCROFT SOAMES TO CAMERON NUMBER 10 PEDOPHILE HOME

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco tags apparently used by Churchill Mycroft grandson Nicholas Soames to track MI-3 Innholders Livery Company blackmailers to a pedophile porn racket allegedly operated by former policy advisor Patrick Rock out of David Cameron’s Number 10 Downing Street home.
McConnell recognizes a Mycroft Warrant as a writ issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, who permits an otherwise illegal act (such as the spoliation of evidence of spot fixing at crime-scene investigations, or, the omission of autopsies to conceal murder-for-hire, or, the positioning of blackmailed pedophiles in phony triage teams) and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.

MI-3 = Kristine Marcy (sister) + Norman Inkster + Interpol + Intrepid (William Stephenson)

McConnell claims that Serco root companies extorted Mycroft warrants from the Prince of Wales (later Edward VII) and set up a telegraph-betting call center in London’s Langham Hotel to blackmail pedophile Innholder guests in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.

McConnell notes that whilst Serco’s pedophile blackmailers may have controlled hotel-based crime scenes and bookmaking frauds since 1888, the first use of wireless photo transmissions to blackmail Langham habitués was by MI-3 founder William “Intrepid” Stephenson where a possible victim was the late Winston Churchill – a compulsive gambler and the grandfather of the newly-appointed Serco CEO Rupert Soames and Soames’ Mycroft brother Nicholas.

McConnell claims that Rupert Soames asked his brother Nicholas Soames – a Privy Councillor and former UK Defence Minister under former U.K. Prime Minister and Langham habitué John Major – to issue Mycroft Warrants to Serco director Maureen Baginski who allegedly supplied the online child pornography needed to entrap Rock and his Number #10 associates in a decades-old blackmailers’ honeypot.

McConnell invites key word Googlers to read excerpts below and ask why “The List of Sherlock Innholders – The Wrist That Didn’t Bleed” book has a new title at http://www.abeldanger.net/

“A pillar of the Tory establishment: David Cameron's aristocratic aide accused of child porn offenses
Patrick Rock has impeccable social and political contacts
The 62-year-old was once described as 'Mrs Thatcher's protege'
But he has repeatedly failed in his ambition to become an MP
PUBLISHED: 23:19 GMT, 3 March 2014 | UPDATED: 23:28 GMT, 3 March 2014 +2

Credentials: Oxford-educated Patrick Rock, 62, comes from a noble background. He is pictured here in 1984 during the Portsmouth South by-election
Born Patrick Robert John Rock de Besombes to a family of European aristocrats, he has worked for leading Tories for four decades.

But despite his impeccable social and political contacts, Oxford-educated Rock has repeatedly failed in his ambition to become a Conservative MP, despite being selected to fight safe seats.

Rock, 62 and unmarried, lives in a £500,000 flat in Parsons Green, West London. He was born in Kensington in 1951, a year after the marriage of his mother Gertrud and Egyptian-born father Robert John Rock de Besombes. His paternal grandmother was a D'aigneaux, from a noble French family that originated in Normandy and boasts a coat of arms.

As a teenager, Rock boarded at the elite Jesuit Stonyhurst College in Lancashire, winning a scholarship to Worcester College, Oxford, where he studied history.

After graduation he worked as Margaret Thatcher's political correspondence secretary in the then Prime Minister's Office and also as managing director of the Retail Consortium.

It is not clear when he shortened his name to plain Patrick Rock, but he used it while fighting the Woolwich East election in 1979, aged 28, which he lost despite increasing the Tory vote.

After losing Crewe and Nantwich in the 1983 election he was selected in a by-election to defend the seemingly impregnable safe seat of Portsmouth South in 1984, which had a Tory majority of over 12,000.

The Portsmouth News described him as 'Mrs Thatcher's protege' who had been hand-picked by Downing Street to contest the seat ahead of more impressive local candidates.

During the campaign he was described as 'likeable and energetic but slightly wet behind the ears'. His campaign went catastrophically wrong after he spoke on TV about a hospital that was not in the constituency.

Rock was unconcerned, declaring at a public meeting that he was 'absolutely certain' he would win the seat, predicting Labour would finish second and the Liberal SDP Alliance trail in third.

But after a 14 per cent swing against him, he was defeated by the Alliance's Mike Hancock in what was labelled the 'biggest election upset for years' and a 'great surprise' to Mrs Thatcher. +2

Newspaper reports described the defeated Rock leaving the count 'pale with shock'.

He blamed the defeat on too many Conservatives staying at home and Mrs Thatcher phoned him the following morning to assure him the defeat was not his fault.

The following year, he was appointed to the Conservative Research Department.

He later worked as special adviser to Cabinet ministers in the Department of the Environment and then the Home Office, where he met David Cameron.

The pair are famously said to have repaired to the Two Chairmen pub on the day of the death in 1994 of Labour leader John Smith, where they agreed Tony Blair would take over, leaving their party 'f*****'. Rock again attempted to become an MP in 1990, applying for the safe Tory seat of Devizes, but failed to be selected.

He also worked in Brussels for EU Commissioner Chris Patten, with the responsibility for the western Balkans, before becoming a policy adviser at Downing Street. Colleagues describe him as 'abrasive' and 'a commentator rather an a doer'. Another said his arrest over child abuse images was a 'terrific shock'.

VIOLENCE, TEENAGERS AND GONZO PORN

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I have seen a sixteen-year-old boy weeping in distress after getting a girl’s pube stuck in his teeth, I hear he was unshaven.

I have seen boys showing each other porn on their iPhones on the train home from school, in bars and whilst strolling along the Champs-Elyséés.

I have had a boy ask me to text him screenshots of porn films because he was on a wifi-free family holiday.

One boy turned to kiss his date in the cinema but not before romantically whispering ‘don’t struggle’.

One friend drunkenly walked off into a park in the early hours of the morning and when a male friend brought her back without ‘trying anything’, he was heralded as being ‘soo nice!’ rather than ‘soo normal!’.

I have friends whose boyfriends have posted naked pictures of them all over the Internet.

I have heard consent described as ‘de-romanticizing’.

I have had a shockingly sober boy say to me ‘Why can’t I just slap my dick on your arse? Doesn’t cost you anything!’.

This just scratches the surface of my store of depressing anecdotes; the most violent of which I won’t go into out of respect for the girls involved.

2014 is not a good year to be a teenage girl.

The last of the 90’s kids are growing up and we are starting to see the effects of being raised with the Internet.

For generations before us, hormonal teenage boys looking for sexy images of women had limited options;

they could brave the embarrassment of going to the counter and buying Playboy,

they could look through their sister’s Cosmo or

they could use their imagination.

Porn today has rid itself of the embarrassment-factor by embracing the anonymity of the World Wide Web;

Playboy isn’t really considered to be porn anymore, the real stuff lives in your phone, on your laptop, your tablet; it is available anywhere, anytime at the touch of a button.

In fact this very website receives a steady stream of hits that result from someone googling some combination of ‘housekeeping porn’ + ‘sex’, ‘lesbian’ and/or ‘rape’.

As you read this, somewhere there is an eleven-year-old boy curiously typing ‘porn’ into Google, probably hoping to see some big boobies.

Fast forward a couple of years and he is masturbating to a video of a crying woman who is being tied down, simultaneously penetrated by three men, spanked, and being called a whore.

Young boys are being de-sensitized to violence and the more they consume, the more abusive, the more graphic the porn has to be to excite them.

The most popular type of porn is called ‘Gonzo’ which is essentially wall-to-wall abusive sex.

There is no foreplay or romance; it is literally hardcore sex from the first to the last frame.

The sex is almost always violent; spanking, gagging, anal fisting and choking are commonplace.

A very popular image is a close-up of the woman’s face with tears streaming down caused by her being choked whilst performing oral sex, directors like to make this obvious by making her wear lots of mascara; for dramatic effect.

There is no way that this could not have a profound effect on the consumer’s psyche specifically on their attitude towards women.

Most boys make no secret of the fact that they watch and enjoy such porn, watching it in groups in the presence of girls or brashly and explicitly describing their fantasies.

Girls know boys watch porn and girls know what porn stars are; they are hairless, they have hourglass figures and they never say no.

And so a massive amount of pressure is placed on girls to live up to this.

Shaving pubic hair is painful and unsanitary (it leaves hundreds of minute cuts which increases the risk of STDs).

And yet girls as young as 11 are doing it.

The porn industry is the primary source of sex ed for the boys who will grow up to be the decision-makers, thinkers, writers, husbands and fathers of tomorrow.

A brief overview of what they are being taught/brainwashed to believe;
  1. That it is their birthright as males to have sex with whichever female they want when they want regardless of consent or age.

  2. That the only way to have good sex and the only way to be masculine is to be aggressive, forceful and violent

  3. That they must always be in control and always want to be in control

  4. That their pleasure comes first and foremost
It hardly needs stating what kind of pressures and expectations this puts on girls and women.

They have to be living breathing sex dolls and they have to love it.

The porn industry is women abuse.

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION EMBEDS "GOVERNMENT RESEARCHERS" TO MONITOR MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS

Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,

Last week, I highlighted the fact that the latest Press Freedom Index showcased a 13 point plunge in America’s press freedom to an embarrassing #46 position in the global ranking. If the authoritarians in the Obama Administration have their way, this country is set to fall much further in next year’s index.

Incredibly, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is set to roll out something called the Critical Information Needs study, which will embed government “researchers” into media organizations around the nation to make sure they are doing their job properly.

No this isn’t “conspiracy theory.” It is so real, and represents such a threat to the First Amendment, that a current FCC commissioner, Ajit Pai, recently wrote an Op-Ed in the Wall Street Journal, warning Americans of this scheme. He writes:
News organizations often disagree about what Americans need to know. MSNBC, for example, apparently believes that traffic in Fort Lee, N.J., is the crisis of our time. Fox News, on the other hand, chooses to cover the September 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi more heavily than other networks. The American people, for their part, disagree about what they want to watch.

But everyone should agree on this: The government has no place pressuring media organizations into covering certain stories.

Unfortunately, the Federal Communications Commission, where I am a commissioner, does not agree. Last May the FCC proposed an initiative to thrust the federal government into newsrooms across the country. With its “Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs,” or CIN, the agency plans to send researchers to grill reporters, editors and station owners about how they decide which stories to run. A field test in Columbia, S.C., is scheduled to begin this spring.
The purpose of the CIN, according to the FCC, is to ferret out information from television and radio broadcasters about “the process by which stories are selected” and how often stations cover “critical information needs,” along with “perceived station bias” and “perceived responsiveness to underserved populations.”
I have no idea what country I am living in at this point.
How does the FCC plan to dig up all that information? First, the agency selected eight categories of “critical information” such as the “environment” and “economic opportunities,” that it believes local newscasters should cover. It plans to ask station managers, news directors, journalists, television anchors and on-air reporters to tell the government about their “news philosophy” and how the station ensures that the community gets critical information.

Participation in the Critical Information Needs study is voluntary—in theory. Unlike the opinion surveys that Americans see on a daily basis and either answer or not, as they wish, the FCC’s queries may be hard for the broadcasters to ignore. They would be out of business without an FCC license, which must be renewed every eight years.

Should all stations follow MSNBC’s example and cut away from a discussion with a former congresswoman about the National Security Agency’s collection of phone records to offer live coverage of Justin Bieber‘s bond hearing? As a consumer of news, I have an opinion. But my opinion shouldn’t matter more than anyone else’s merely because I happen to work at the FCC.
