TONY Abbott was heckled and chased to his car by an elderly protester during a visit to the Seaford RSL this morning.
A male protester carrying a billboard rushed at Mr Abbott yelling at him.Security ushered the Opposition Leader into a vehicle but the protester stood in front of his car to try and stop him from leaving.

"You don't deserve to be Prime Minister."
The man said his father had died serving in the military for Australia and that it wasn't appropriate for Mr Abbott to be at a RSL venue.
The protester wished to remain anonymous but said his father died while serving in WW2. |
"He would turn in his grave if he knew he was here. It's inappropriate."

Mr Abbott said the proposed amendment would deliver a fair indexation to military superannuants aged 55 and over.
"It's important we do the right thing by our ex servicemen and women," Mr Abbott said.
