McConnell alleges that former Australian Foreign Secretary Peacock, former KPMG Senior China Consultant Kevin Rudd, late and former Boeing director John Shalikashvili, and former patent lawyer Hillary Clinton, conspired to transfer a patent pool of GyroChip (QRS 11) devices to China’s People’s Liberation Army officers in 2000 and set them up as patsies for the ANZUS-synchronized drone attack which destroyed the Pentagon’s U.S. Navy Command Center on ‘Sep. 12, 2001 17:37:19’.

“Boeing Fitting Aircraft With Illegal Parts?
Chip that was illegally installed in 2000 could have been utilized to execute 9/11 attacks
Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones
Prison Planet Wednesday, March 7, 2007 |
Are
Boeing fitting their aircraft with illegal devices that could enable
terrorists to remotely hijack airliners and crash them into high profile
targets? In light of what happened on 9/11, Boeing's blanket denial
that this practice has taken place is both highly suspicious and a
threat to national security.
We
talked to airline industry representatives to ask them if such
technology had been installed in commercial airliners and they denied
all knowledge, despite the fact that Boeing were hit with a record fine
of $15 million after the company broke the law by selling commercial
planes equipped with the QRS-11 gyrochip, which is also used in the
guidance system of the Maverick missile.
According to the Associated Press,
from 2000 to 2003 Boeing shipped 94 airliners oversees, mainly to
China, that contained the chip, a device used for "military
applications," stated the report.
According to the Seattle Times,
"The QRS-11 chip, made by a unit of BEI Technologies [Hillary Clinton
was BEI’s patent lawyer at Rose Law and allegedly worked with Peacock in
Washington on setting up the PLA as Stratum 2 patsies for the bombing
of Pentagon and an alibi for Bill in Melbourne sic ANZUS hack by Julian
Assange] in Concord, Calif., is just over 1-½ inches in diameter and
weighs about 2 ounces. It sells for between $1,000 and $2,000. Described
as "a gyro on a chip," it is used to help control the flight of
missiles and aircraft."
"There
could be dozens, even hundreds more components like the QRS11 gyros
that have slipped under the eyes of State Department enforcers, said
Joel Johnson, the vice president international of the Aerospace
Industries Association," reports the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and "Aircraft incorporating the QRS11 chips are already routinely making flights."
Should
it concern us that Boeing began installation of a chip that turns a
plane into a remotely guided missile immediately before 9/11?”
“Peacock
resigned from Parliament in September 1994 for unknown reasons. In 1996
when asked about blocking John Howard, Malcom Fraser said Peacock
obviously was, while Peacock claimed he supported John Hewson
continuing.[9] When Howard became Prime Minister in 1996, he appointed Peacock as the Australian Ambassador to the United States.[10] Since the end of this appointment in 1999, Peacock has largely lived in the US.[citation needed]
In 2002 he married Penne Percy Korth, a Washington, D.C. society figure and former United States Ambassador to Mauritius. Midway through 2002 Peacock joined Boeing Australia Holdings as President of Boeing Australia.[citation needed]
On 20 December 2006, Peacock announced his retirement from Boeing Australia Holdings, effective at the end of February 2007.[citation needed]
His daughter Ann Peacock married Liberal powerbroker Michael Kroger in 1999. They had two sons before separating in 2009.”

If they say yes
Treasurer Wayne Swan has invited an unlikely series of travelling companions on his trip to Beijing next month, among them Andrew Peacock, Alexander Downer and Kevin Rudd.
What they have in common is serving as Australian foreign minister during the 40 years Australia has had an embassy in Beijing.
Until December 1972 Australia refused to recognise the communist Chinese government headquartered in Beijing, preferring to recognise instead the non-communist government in exile in Taiwan.
When Labor opposition leader Gough Whitlam flew to Beijing in 1971 to meet with Chinese leaders Australia’s prime minister William McMahon accused him of being soft on Communism. But a year later US President Richard Nixon himself flew to Beijing, Gough Whitlam became Australia’s first Labor prime minister in a generation and both nations recognised what has since become Australia’s most important trading partner.
To celebrate 40 years of Australian presence in Beijing Mr Swan has quietly asked each of the surviving former ministers who served foreign minister during that time to join him on the trip...
The complete list is Andrew Peacock, Tony Street, Bill Hayden, Gareth Evans, Alexander Downer and Kevin Rudd.
In parliament yesterday Mr Swan celebrated the $4 billion listing on the Australian stock exchange of the Chinese-owned coal miner Yancoal. He said the record investment in Australia’s resource industries was a vote of confidence in Australia’s future. The coal industry was set to expand, notwithstanding talk from the leader of the opposition about how next week’s carbon tax would kill it stone dead.
Mr Swan leaves for Hong Kong and Beijing with a delegation of business leaders on July 10.

“All talk, little action, may kill ANZUS

COULD
the ANZUS alliance ever collapse? You wouldn't think so, having read
the government's recently released National Security Strategy.
…..
As
the US-led unipolar order gives way to an era of contested
multipolarity, history also suggests that strategic relations will
become increasingly promiscuous. As the doyen of Australian strategic
policy Paul Dibb presciently puts it, "multipolarity by definition
involves more players and therefore a greater number of combinations or
permutations of state actors, which can compound uncertainty.
"Co-operation becomes more complicated as the number of actors increases."
Against
this backdrop, Australia will have to demonstrate its robust commitment
to the US to ensure that ANZUS remains relevant. As the action moves to
our Asia-Pacific backyard, small niche contributions to US-led security
operations, unlike recent far-off expeditionary deployments, will no
longer be tolerated. Actions count more than words and dollars focus our
alliance partner's attention more than rhetoric.
Some
commentators have suggested the greatest threat lies in the choice
Canberra may be forced to make between its leading economic partner,
China, and its longstanding strategic ally, the US. Yet without a
commitment of substance to ANZUS, Washington may make that choice for
us. Indeed, there could well be no "China choice" for Canberra to make.
Julia
Gillard launched the National Security Strategy by referring to the end
of the 9/11 decade. Unless and until the discussed challenges to the
ANZUS alliance are confronted, it is not inconceivable that, a decade
from now, her successor could well be lamenting the end of the alliance
era.
