Unlike Oaklahoma City the FBI cannot confiscate all of the surveillance, cell phone, and thousands of cameras that were at the finish line of Boston Marathon. 4Chan posted dozens of photos showing Navy Seal or Private Security personnel carrying the same black back packs which are the same style backpacks showed in FBI photos. Today's event at the Boston Marathon was tragic, but I just heard a press conference by officials.

1:50 The Governor of Mass. stated that "there will be random checks of backpacks and other parcels."

I am sorry Mr. Governor, but an event like this DOES NOT give you permission to violate my 4th Amendment Right!

If you live in Boston or anywhere where you are subjected to search/siezure without probable cause or a warrant, deny them access! You do not have to give up your rights!

THE CURIOUS CASE OF THE BOSTON MARATHON TRIBUTE THAT WAS CREATED BEFORE THE BOSTON BOMBINGS

There has been a few occurrences now, whereby facebook groups appear to have been created before the event, and the bomb explosion in Boston, may well be another such example of this, with a commemorative group being created on April 13th, approximately two to three days ahead of time.

Now, to be fair, whilst this is odd, it represents circumstantial evidence, so can only be used in that context, to highlight that someone appears to have had prior knowledge. It is important to be careful, lest a different explanation -such as editable facebook options &/or somebody taking the piss- is the most applicable explanation of the situation.
That said, the creation date was changed sometime this morning, Melbourne time to this;

This took place after a lot of public scrutiny was offered on the group itself and then in the last ten minutes, a further change has taken place to the creation date which now publicly reads as:

The upshot of all this is that we have something that proves nothing in and of itself, but, is quite peculiar, interesting and well worthy of cataloging for future reference. There are a number of conclusions that we may draw if we view these events through the prism of belief, so, for now, we shall notice this activity, file it away, and see if other investigations serve to shed light on this situation down the track.

BOSTON RUNNER: 'POLICE SAID BOSTON EXPLOSIONS WERE TRAINING EXERCISE'

Stevenson, speaking with various news sources at the event, told one Alabama publication about what he witnessed during the race. While managing to finish the race before the explosions were in range of him or his bystander wife, Stevenson revealed some interesting information that makes sense of some Boston Globe tweets from earlier regarding bomb drills — which had been going on around the time of the actual explosions themselves and therefore may have confused police and emergency response.
In the article, Stevenson is recorded as saying:

“They kept announcing to runners not to be alarmed, that they were running a training exercise.”

In fact, the eyewitness runner says that there were already a major presence of bomb sniffing dogs and even a bomb squad.

Likely due to the perceived drill that was set to go on right before the actual explosion in the same area, the runner detailed how there was already a large presence of bomb sniffing dogs and even a bomb squad right nearby before the explosions hit. In fact, they had told the competitors and the fans that it was simply a drill — until they realized that real people were being injured and killed.
The numbers are not yet fully clear, but at least 20 were injured and at least 2 have died from the bombings.
These direct quotes by Stevenson, which have been captured via screenshot here in the event that the page is changed in any way or taken down, prove that the police were under the impression that the entire thing was a drill. This may coincide with a tweet made by the Boston Globe, which reads:

“BREAKING NEWS: Police will have controlled explosion on 600 block on Boylston Street”

UK MAN WINS COURT CASE AGAINST BBC FOR 9/11 COVER UP

Tony Rooke refused to pay a TV license fee because the BBC intentionally misrepresented facts about the 9/11 attacks, he alleged. It is widely known that the BBC reported the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 over 20 minutes before it occurred. WTC 7 was a 47-story skyscraper that was not hit by a plane on 9/11 but collapsed at free-fall speed later that day.
So Rooke said the BBC had to have had prior knowledge to a terror attack making them complicit in the attack. He presented the BBC footage to the judge along with a slew of other evidence, and the judge agreed that Rooke had a reasonable case to protest. Rooke was found not guilty and he was not fined for failure to pay the licensing fee.
